WHERE WE DO IT:
We are based in Ipswich, and cover most of Suffolk and North Essex and are happy to travel further afield if needs be (we've worked in London, Bristol and Cambridge)
We offer a comprehensive sales and installation service covering pretty much any aspect of fireplace and chimney work, from hearth to chimney cowl.
We are registered with HETAS for solid fuel work, so you should feel confident that the service you are receiving is of the highest standard.
Any gas work is undertaken by Gas Safe registered engineers.
 
HOW WE DO IT:
We start the process with a home visit to discuss what you would like to achieve in terms of design and practicality. We can often give you a price for the work at the time of the survey.
We will email or post a written estimate within a day or so (when we're not too busy at least). We can supply a large range of stoves and fireplaces to suit most tastes.
We do fit customers own stoves, provided they meet current requirements (and would usually expect it to be on the current HETAS list of approved appliances), but assume no responsibility for the performance or quality of such stoves.
WHAT NOW?
You need to decide what you want. Take a look at some of the information in this web site, look at the photos of a few instalaltions to try and get an idea of what you like. Then give us a call or email us to arrange for a site visit. If it's local to Ipswich (30 mile radius) then there's no charge for surveys. Further afield and we make a charge of £40 + VAT that is refundable should you proceed with an installation from us.
